Directory Services The Directory Services Department is designed to assist the Harmonie Associates and Partners by answering any questions they may have about their Team. Our Support team will direct the Associates and Partners to their sponsor and leaders in their upline. Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.
Marketing Department The development of promotions and support materials for our products, services and events; from concept to roll out, is implemented by the Marketing Department. Company-wide news releases are written and distributed from this department. The Marketing Department reviews all advertisements and marketing materials that are submitted by Harmonie Associates and Partners.
Compensation Department This department is responsible for calculating compensation, Qualification Bonuses (QBs), Membership Bonuses, CD Royalties and Residuals, Incentive Bonuses, Awards and Recognition and ensures proper and timely distribution of commission checks.
Web/Internet Services The Harmonie web site is an interactive vehicle and resource loaded with information including: our company history, corporate overview, new and current product and service offerings, a presentation outlining the Harmonie opportunity, success stories, the latest corporate news and events, online registration for events and much more.
Meeting and Events This department plans, organizes and implements all company-wide events, trainings and conventions. Meeting and Events works on-site to successfully execute our national events. This department also schedules Super Saturdays, Regional Events, National Conventions and International Sales Training Seminars.
Research and Development By constantly studying business conditions and everyday changes, Research and Development continuously advances toward our corporate business objectives. Additionally, this department oversees Harmonies' product and service introductions and follows them on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they meet and exceed the needs of our Associates, Partners and clients.
Mail and DistributionHandles all incoming and outgoing shipments of sales materials, products, and sales orders.
Legal DepartmentResponsible for handling advertising and legal compliance on behalf of the Independent Business Owners, all state and federal regulation issues, all updates on legal matters for executives and managers, and participates as a liaison with outside counsel for corporate legal matters.
